1. Cancellation

We must be notified of your cancellation by E-mail or online message 36 hours prior to your landing time.

(1) When the payment is made within 180 days with Paypal:

if we are notified of the cancellation more than 36 hours prior to your landing time, the full amount that you paid will be refunded minus US $0.30 per Paypal fixed fee;

if we are notified of the cancellation less than 36 hours prior to your landing time, we will charge the fees that have already happened in the management and the rest could be refunded minus US $0.30 per Paypal fixed fee;

(2)When the payment is made more than 180 days ago with Paypal:

if we are notified of the cancellation more than 36 hours prior to your landing time, 90% of full amount that you paid will be refunded minus US $0.30 per Paypal fixed fee;

if we are notified of the cancellation less than 36 hours prior to your landing time, we will charge the fees that have already happened in the management and 90% of the rest could be refunded minus US $0.30 per Paypal fixed fee;

If you don’t notify us of your cancellation and don’t show up at the airport, the full amount that you paid CAN NOT be refunded.


2. Amendment

Please notify us by E-mail at least 36 hours prior to your landing time if your arrival information changes (date or flight number) and would also like to be picked up. Once you have paid the airport pick-up service successfully online, changing of flight schedule is free of charge as long as we are notified in time.


3. How to find the driver

Our driver will be waiting for you at the exit where there are people waiting. Please pay enough attention to find him who will hold a piece of paper with your name written on. If you don’t find him, PLEASE DO NOT LEAVE THE AIRPORT BY YOURSELF/YOURSELVES. PLEASE CALL OUR RECEPTION AND WE WILL TRY OUR BEST TO MANAGE. You can use the fixed telephone at the airport.

If you DON’T find our driver and DON’T contact us, we CAN NOT refund the full amount you paid for the airport pick-up when you leave the airport by yourself/yourselves.

4. Other Requests
